I love sharp edge cakes, people call "Aussie style cake". It takes little longer than regular cakes, but it's totally worth it! :D

Yellow Sugar Flowers - Ranunculus & Peony

I made yellow ranunculuses and an open peony. Large yellow stamens were all out, so I used black stamens, but I guess it still looks fine :)

I love the look of my sugar English cabbage rose!
I've been trying to make this flower last couple of weeks, but failed so many times. I researched tutorials and YouTube videos, but I still couldn't find any clue how to even start. So, I just started making the smallest rose petals and tried to put them together like a real English cabbage rose. And finally I did it! I think I still have to work on the large petals to look more natural, but I'm so happy that I found a way to make this flower. :D

I made this sugar ranunculus couple days ago, and played around with hydrangeas, filler flowers and buds to make a bouquet.
I know it's not a perfect bouquet, but I think they are beautiful enough! :)

Large Sugar Garden Rose Cake

I finally made my first 2 tier-cake today! yay!
Even though my kitchen is such a mess, I really enjoyed it from baking cakes to decorating with sugar garden roses.
